COVID 19 Service Notification: Due to restrictions placed on sending items to certain countries, additional charges may need to be updated due to additional shipping tariffs. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Delivery Information

  • All of our ‘instock’ items are sent from the UK and carefully packaged and sent for delivery within 5 – 12 days of your online purchase. Pre-Order items will be sent out 2-5 days after the time specified on the product description.

  • UK/Ireland orders are sent by  Signed for service. All services require a signature upon delivery, someone should be at the delivery address to receive the item.

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address has been entered fully and correctly at checkout.

  • Once an order has successfully been placed, we are unable to change the delivery address due to a strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering as we cannot be held accountable for packages that are sent to the incorrect address that the buyer has entered.

Order Amendments

  • Should you wish to change your order after making it but before dispatch please note the following timescale:

  • Orders placed via an express service (Next day or DHL) have 30 minutes from placing their order to amend/cancel. Orders placed via a standard service have an hour to amend/cancel.

  • Free UK Shipping (minimum £80 Spend) – 3 to 5 business days

  • Standard Delivery 2-5 business day £5.99

  • Guaranteed Next Day Delivery £11.99 ( Does not include Saturday Delivery) 

  • Courier Delivery DHL ( UK only )  1-3 business days £30

  • UK 'next working day' delivery - £8.99  (Next Day delivery orders placed before 3pm should be dispatched the same day, UK only, excludes weekends) If you order on a Friday before 3pm then delivery is not guaranteed until Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be Tuesday). Your order will arrive with you on the next working day. 

  • Due to staff shortages, Royal Mail have reviewed their guaranteed delivery services. From Tuesday 31st March onwards, guaranteed delivery by 9am the next working day will change to by 12pm the next working day. Our guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day will now change to by 9pm the next working day. It is possible for further delays to arise due to the staff shortages and therefore it is possible your shipment may arrive the following working day. 

Remote Area Delivery in the UK 

  • Should your order get flagged to us as Remote, we will contact you to pay the surcharge. Should you not wish to pay the remote charge, we will cancel the order and refund any monies owing in full.

Returns Information

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original unopened packaging.

  • Other types of services cannot be returned for a refund, for example where the service begins as soon as you make the payment (e.g. a downloadable software product) or a gift card or gift wrapping service.

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.

  • If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

  • Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item. To obtain a refund for a non-physical product ( a service) please contact us for further information about how this can be done.

  • Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • If you haven't received a refund where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

  • If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

  • If an item you purchased was in a sale or on promotion i.e a Pre-sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
