Bridal & Hair Services Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the booking and provision of bridal and hair styling services by Chatél Noire Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). Please read these carefully, as they form part of your agreement when booking any services.
1. General Terms
1.1 Deposit and Agreement
By paying the deposit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions for Bridal Hair and Styling services provided by Chatél Noire Ltd.
1.2 Trial Appointments (Bridal Only)
Trial appointments are charged at an hourly rate and are required for all bridal bookings. Trials are held at the Stylist's location, and details will be provided upon receipt of your deposit. You are required to give at least one week’s notice if you need to reschedule.
1.3 Personalised Services
You must notify us of any health complaints, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. Chatél Noire Ltd reserves the right to refuse service if a potential health risk is identified.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Confirmation
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking for the wedding day. The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of your trial or no later than 6 weeks before the wedding/event.
2.2 Additional Services
Any additional services requested after the booking confirmation may incur additional charges, which will be provided in writing prior to the event.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellation by Client
Deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, please inform us as soon as possible. For cancellations within [X] days of the wedding, we may not be able to refund any part of the deposit.
3.2 Cancellation by Chatél Noire Ltd
In the rare event that we cannot fulfill your booking, we will attempt to find a replacement stylist. If no replacement is available, you will receive a full refund, excluding the trial fee.
4. Travel and Additional Fees
4.1 Travel Costs
Travel fees of 0.60p per mile (each way) will apply for locations outside our immediate service area. For weddings outside of London, additional surcharges may apply, including accommodation if necessary.
4.2 Early Morning Call-Out Fees
An early morning fee of [£25] will apply for appointments starting before 7:30 AM.
5. Photography and Social Media
5.1 Photographs
You grant us permission to take and use photographs of your hairstyle for promotional purposes, including on social media. If you prefer not to have your photos used, please inform us in writing prior to the wedding day.

Chatél Noire Ltd is not an insurer and does not guarantee against loss, damage, or cancellation. We recommend that you secure appropriate wedding insurance.
6.2 Performance of Services
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to factors beyond our control (e.g., late arrival of guests or external disruptions).
