Hair trials are not mandatory, but highly recommended. They allow you to: • Meet Charnell face-to-face • Gain clarity on your chosen hairstyle • Try out accessories and your veil with your style

All trials take place at a location in Romford, Essex, which is shared once your deposit is paid.

Trials usually last 2–4 hours and are charged hourly depending on the number of styles you want to try.

Unfortunately, due to limited space, only the bride can attend. However, photos and videos will be shared so you can show your loved ones.

No. Please arrive with clean, dry, and pre-stretched hair (blow-dried or straightened if needed) for the most efficient session.

We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance to secure your desired date.

We do not provisionally hold dates. A deposit is required to secure your booking.

We can offer guidance, but no one from the Chatél Noire team is allowed to physically touch or fasten your dress.

Yes, travel costs are outlined in our terms and conditions.

If travel exceeds 1.5 hours and an early start is needed, hotel accommodation must be provided by the bride. Ideally, this should be at the same hotel as the bride.
